The parts were a spot on match. My system is up and running like new. The missing star is for a delivery issue. I received an email questioning my address and suggesting a delivery point seven blocks from my house. After responding with my correct address another email arrived asking if I was sure I didn't want to change it. I submitted my addressfor a third time and eventually got the parts delivered. While I appreciate their concern for a correct delivery, one inquiry should have been sufficient.
The spare part is exactly the same as the original one and it fits perfectly in Gromovox GVX1901 11/2015.
Fixed my tone arm which was my main issue while getting everything tuned back up. This is one of our favorite things we own and it is a staple conversation piece when we have guests over. The sound dinamics is out of this world. I have other Bluetooth Gramophone products but, this unit sets the standard for hign quality sound and power. This unit totally exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this product.

So I intended to have my Floating player sent in for repairs to alleviate some feedback. I decided to try and just get a new power supply and bingo it worked.
I have had my player for years and absolutely love it. I just replaced the stylus
with vertical stylus , so easy to replace. awesome!!
